Neil Holloway Joins Microsoft Dynamics Leadership Team as Michael Park Departs for Server and Tools

Corporate vice president of Microsoft Business Solutions Michael Park is leaving the Dynamics team, to be replaced by long time Microsoft UK veteran Neil Holloway.  Holloway's current position is "VP of Business Strategy", but past roles have included VP of Microsoft International and president of Microsoft EMEA.

Holloway's new role will not match all of the exact responsibilities of Park, but will be quite close, Microsoft officials say in confirming the move. One goal in adding Holloway, according to a Microsoft representative, is to "have leaders that could focus on the key areas of sales & operations and marketing" to "compete at an enterprise level in the business applications market."

In a statement, Microsoft said:

We are pleased to welcome Neil Holloway to the Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) team. An industry veteran and a key leader in Microsoft International, Neil brings more than 25 years of global sales and operations excellence to our business. We look forward Neil’s contributions to MBS as we continue to grow our market share and help our customers become Dynamic Businesses.

Park will be moving to a leadership role in the Server and Tools business, which includes SQL Server, Windows Server, Windows Azure, and Visual Studio and business intelligence tools like PowerPivot.

Park is a veteran of the enterprise software space with past roles at Microsoft as CVP of the US Small and Midsize Solutions and Partners Group, as well as past roles at SAP as a marketing VP and an industry solutions and marketing manager at Siebel Systems in the 90's.
