nChannel Adds eBay Connector to Cloud Suite for Integration to Microsoft Dynamics ERP, Other Systems

nChannel Inc. had released an eBay connector, enabling companies to easily connect their Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions to eBay.

The company has already released several connectors for its cloud platform that integrate retail point of sale systems, including Dynamics RMS. And in June, nChannel began a major release cycle for ERP, accounting and marketplace connectors for Dynamics NAV, SL, and GP, QuickBooks Accounting and QuickBooks Online, as well as systems like Magento, AspDotNetStoreFront, and now eBay. An Amazon connector is also planned.

With the new eBay connector nChannel subscribers can automatically populate automate item data for eBay from any their Dynamics ERP, eCommerce or Point of Sale applications, company officials said. eBay orders and customer data can be received by any supported applications, which will automatically update the available inventory across all channels.

nChannel's web-based integration management solution is designed to make it easier to centrally manage sales orders from a variety of channels either in the nChannel platform, or in any of their existing software applications. The system syncs up inventory availability across multiple sales channels and gives customers immediate visibility of their cross-channel transactions, and shipment status from any fulfillment location such as a warehouse, or drop-ship supplier. Status and reporting of sales data, inventory, and customer purchase histories are available via any web browser, officials said.

"Subscribers use our platform to quickly connect their existing systems to nChannel which provides the ability to exchange and manage items, orders, inventory, and customer data between multiple systems," said Steve Weber, CEO of nChannel, in a statement.
