MicroStrategy teams up with Microsoft to use AI for analytics

MicroStrategy, a Virginia-based analytics and business intelligence company announced a multi-year partnership with Microsoft to use Azure OpenAI Service for advanced analytics. The company plans to add new capabilities into its MicroStrategy ONE analytics platform.

Through the partnership, MicroStrategy is integrating its products with Microsoft 365, Teams, and PowerPoint. The company identified AI-powered analytics as part of its two-part go-to market strategy. MicroStrategy is focused on “Intelligence Everywhere” and holding Bitcoin as a store of value.

“We are optimally positioned to increase productivity across large enterprises and all business intelligence personas by leveraging AI-driven technologies. We are pleased to team with Microsoft to integrate Azure OpenAI Service to enhance our solution and bring these high-impact capabilities to market,” stated Cezary Raczko, Executive Vice President, Engineering, MicroStrategy.
