Microsoft's Nadella Appointment Offers a Bright Prospect for Dynamics
Any executive who understands the importance of the cloud in today's business should thank heaven for the appointment of Satya Nadella as chief executive officer of Microsoft. Only the third person ever to head the corporation, Nadella most recently served as executive vice president of cloud and enterprise for Microsoft, a company where he has spearheaded major strategy and technical shifts since 1992.
Until 2013, Nadella led Microsoft's server and tools division. Combine that experience with his successful work in advancing cloud and enterprise engineering and it's clear that the 107 percent growth of Microsoft commercial cloud services in the last quarter can largely be attributed to Nadella's leadership.
The man most responsible for transporting Microsoft to the cloud is a great proponent of Microsoft Dynamics.
