Microsoft Selects ReadSoft as a Global ISV for AP Automation

ReadSoft, a provider of applications for automating business processes, has been selected by Microsoft to be a Globally Managed Independent Software Vendor (ISV) with a focus on AP automation for Microsoft Dynamics AX.

The Sweden-based company launched its integration for Dynamics AX in March 2013 at Convergence 2013.  As part of the Global ISV (GISV) program, the company will gain additional development, marketing and sales support from Microsoft globally for its hybrid cloud AP solution built on Windows Azure.

The Dynamics AX solution automates the collection and extraction of supplier invoice data and integrates with Microsoft Dynamics AX for invoice review, exception handling and payment processing.

"Microsoft has been an important partner to ReadSoft for more than twenty years, and continues to be part of our development strategy," said Lars Appelstal, CTO at ReadSoft in a statement. "I fully expect our partnership to yield mutually beneficial results as ReadSoft continues to build market-leading hybrid cloud solutions for financial process automation and  multichannel document process automation solutions." 

ReadSoft has over 8,500 customers and a range of automation solutions for SAP and Oracle E-Business Suite, as well as offerings for large scale document process automation for Shared Service Centers, Insurance, Banking, and business process outsourcing providers.

The addition of ReadSoft as a Global ISV (GISV) for Dynamics AX is the latest in an ongoing series of agreements Microsoft has secured with Dynamics AX and CRM-focused solutions vendors.  AP automation has been a lucrative niche for a several ISVs in the Dynamics ERP ...
