Microsoft prepares launch of Dynamics 365 dual-write for bi-directional ERP-CRM integration

Microsoft's dual-write strategy for bi-directional integration between Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and the Dynamics 365 CRM apps has taken another step toward general availability.

"[W]e’re announcing dual-write," wrote Microsoft senior program manager Rama Krishnamoorthy in a new blog post. The capabilities around dual-write were set for general availability in April 2020 according to Microsoft's documentation.
