Microsoft prepares Dynamics 365 Commerce launch, Connected Store preview

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce, the successor to Dynamics 365 Retail that adds e-commerce, AI capabilities, and broader integration to other D365 services, will reach general availability on February 3.

Corporate vice president for business applications and industry Alysa Taylor made the announcement, along with other product updates, in the lead up to next week's annual National Retail Federation (NRF) Big Show event.
