Microsoft integrates Azure and Confluent Cloud for event streaming
Microsoft announced that it is integrating Azure with Confluent Cloud. Confluent is a prominent provider of Apache Kafka for event streaming and the partnership will support provisioning of Confluent Cloud resources with Azure client interfaces such as CLI and SDKs. Other aspects of the integration include single-sign on with Azure AD as well as unified billing.
