Microsoft highlights new cloud, security advanced specializations for partners

Microsoft is encouraging partners to pursue advanced specializations. As the Covid-19 pandemic wears on, organizations around the world are anticipating a hybrid work environment in which more specialized skills may be needed to meet technical needs.

To this end, Microsoft is introducing new advanced specializations for Azure and security-related capabilities.  Microsoft GM Dan Truax wrote about the newest of them in a new blog post.

The VMware Solution advanced specialization focuses on a partner's ability to deploy and manage Azure VMware Solution Private Cloud, as well as a partner's ability to migrate VMware workloads to run natively on Azure. Other new options include AI and Machine Learning, Cloud Security, Hybrid Operations and Management with Azure Arc, and Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure with Azure Stack HCI.
