Velosio announces investment from Court Square Capital Partners

Velosio, a provider of digital transformation services, managed services, and managed cloud subscriptions for the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem, has announced that it has received an investment from Court Square Capital Partners, a middle market-focused private equity firm.

Baird served as financial advisor and Dechert LLP as legal advisor to Court Square, while Guggenheim Securities served as financial advisor to Velosio.

"As a cloud services company, we create bespoke and valuable solutions for mid-market and emerging enterprise companies. Our goal is to be a trusted guide and go-to cloud applications partner for our clients," said Bob Knott, CEO of Velosio. "We see the partnership with Court Square as an exciting step in the evolution of Velosio given their deep sector expertise in IT services and track record of collaborating with management to drive growth."

The partnership with Court Square will enable Velosio to continue to grow its business and expand its footprint as a provider of business solutions and cloud technologies for emerging and mid-market enterprises, according to the companies.

"We see tremendous fragmentation in the middle market partner ecosystem for Microsoft cloud-based products and think there is an opportunity to take advantage of the whitespace in Dynamics and adjacent platforms, such as Power BI, Azure, and Microsoft 365," said Matt Dennett, partner at Court Square.

LoyaltyLoop and PrintVis announce new integration

LoyaltyLoop has announced the availability of a new integration to PrintVis for PrintVis' customers using the LoyaltyLoop customer experience platform.

The partnership offers print companies running PrintVis business management MIS/ERP solution, which is built directly on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, an easy way to engage customers for feedback and reviews, according to the companies.

"By combining our expertise in print management with LoyaltyLoop's customer engagement platform, we aim to empower print businesses with the tools they need to thrive in today's competitive market," said Brandon Steele, product manager at PrintVis. "Together, we can help print businesses elevate their customer experience and drive sustainable growth."

Sysco Software and Cosmos Data Tech announce Business Central reporting and analytics partnership

Sysco Software, a provider of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in Ireland and the United Kingdom, has formed a partnership with Cosmos Data Tech, a specialist in D365BC reporting and analytics.
