Prodware steps up its expansion in Europe with the acquisition of Nut Consulting in Spain

Prodware Group, a digital transformation company and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP partner in Europe, has acquired Spain's Nut Consulting, a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central partner, specializing in the food industry.

This acquisition is designed to increase the Prodware Group's market share in Spain, where the company employees 320 people as well as expand its position in the food industry with new business software, according to the companies.

In addition, acquiring Nut Consulting will boost the group's portfolio, in particular its catalogue publishing division, which will benefit all its European subsidiaries and companies including Prodware, Westpole, and Protinus, the companies said.

"The acquisition of Nut Consulting strengthens Prodware's position in its geographical and sectoral markets and offers excellent prospects for the expansion of the Nut Consulting teams and offering within the group," said Jose Maria Sanchez. executive vice president of the Prodware Group.

Apex Commercial Capital goes live with Leasepath Enterprise

Leasepath, a provider of commercial equipment finance platform technology, has announced that Apex Commercial Capital has gone live with Leasepath Enterprise, Leasepath’s cloud-first equipment finance lifecycle platform powered by Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.

Apex Commercial Capital, a commercial equipment financing provider for small businesses across the U.S., is the first organization to deploy Leasepath Enterprise across its entire organization, according to the companies.

Apex decided to partner with Leasepath because of Leasepath’s cloud-first architecture on Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, enabling to Apex to control its data while taking advantage of the infrastructure security and stability of Microsoft Azure, the companies stated.

"Everyone on our team having access to the same information provides a united understanding of our customers and products," said Jaime Weinstein, chief operating officer of Apex Commercial Capital. "Servicing can see customer communications and credit sees true payment history during originations, making it much easier to make smarter decisions and facilitate excellence in our customer servicing."
