Austria's BE-terna acquires Slovenian BI company Adacta

Austrian business software developer BE-terna has acquired Slovenian business intelligence consulting company Adacta Services. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and will most likely be completed in Q4 2019.

With 300 employees, Adacta implements and optimizes business processes on cloud-based Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, serving customers in the Adriatic region as well as Austria, Germany and, Switzerland, according to officials of the two companies. The company also implements digital integration projects based on D365 worldwide.

"This transaction is another very important step in our strategy of becoming a global Microsoft Dynamics player," stated Christian Kranebitter, BE-terna's CEO. "With Adacta, we now have a strong footprint in the rapidly growing Eastern European region."

Sunrise Technologies releases integration framework for e-commerce, adding more value to Sunrise 365 solutions

Sunrise Technologies, a provider of D365 business applications and cloud services, has announced that its Sunrise 365 solution now includes an e-commerce platform integration framework.

The e-commerce integration framework joins the company’' other integration tools in Sunrise 365, including: frameworks for PLM systems, third-party logistics providers, and custom integrations, aimed at helping customers save time and money during D365 Finance and Operations implementations, according to company officials.
