QGate's Paribus Interactive supports Microsoft's new Unified Interface aiming to improve users' experience and CRM efficiency

Qgate has announced the general availability of Paribus Interactive version 4.0, a search engine that boosts the search capabilities of Dynamics 365 and protects CRM against duplicate data.

Parabus Interactive has been designed to work with Microsoft's new Unified Interface in D365, which offers a new look and feel to Dynamics applications and a consistent user experience across multiple devices, according to company officials.

"Paribus Interactive has been designed to work seamlessly with this new interface. We believe this has enabled us to achieve an even greater user experience and makes Paribus an intrinsic part of the users CRM story for better data quality and duplicate free data," stated Mark Cooper. QGate's director of product engineering.

Xpertdoc joins forces with Commercient to deliver best-of-class data integration and document generation solutions

Xpertdoc Technologies Inc., a provider of document flow automation solutions, is teaming up with Commercient, a provider of integrations for CRM and ERP systems, to better serve their joint customers.

Through the partnership, Commercient customers can use Xpertdoc Smart Flows to expand their document generation and automation capabilities. Xpertdoc integrates with D365 to bridge data with documents and streamline internal document workflows, according to officials of the two companies.

"Commercient's SYNC data integration will bring over all the necessary and essential data points as a foundation for CPQ," stated Noah Thomas, head of channel development at Commercient. "Xpertdoc will be enabled to then produce all the necessary documents needed as part of a functional CPQ, using their smart flow technology to create sales orders, quotes, invoices, service orders, RMAs and many more essential documents."
