Retail Realm and Lemon Announce Microsoft Dynamics RMS Integration for Instant e-Receipts

Retail Realm and Lemon have released their new Microsoft Dynamics Retail Management System (RMS) integration so retailers can use the point-of-sale system to instantly generate and send e-receipts to customers via Lemon.

The new RR Lemon Integration is included in Retail Realm's latest release (Version 16) of RR Store Utilities, a system that extends and enhances the RMS software.

The Retail Realm Lemon integration gives SMB retailers he same e-receipt capabilities as retail conglomerates but at a fraction of the cost, officials said. It lets store and business owners collect customer data, send targeted offers, and offer better customer service.

"We were immediately drawn to Lemon and saw the benefits of developing an integration that utilized their e-receipt capabilities with Microsoft Dynamics RMS," said Louis Piedra, VP of Sales and Marketing, Retail Realm, in a statement. "We received such a favorable response to Lemon when they presented and exhibited at our annual retail technology conference in Las Vegas last January. We knew that partnering with them would give SMB retailers a significant advantage in the market with regards to customer service."
