New look and modernized user interface for QGate's intelli-CTi

QGate, a provider of software for CRM system has announced the general availability of its intelli-CTi  solution for D365, version 4.2. The solution provides instant access to D365 Customer Engagement data and the callers' details, by seamlessly integrating a user's telephone system and D365CE.

In keeping with the recent refresh of D365, QGate has responded with a refreshed look and feel to intelli-CTi, according to company officials.

"intelli-CTi has been designed to work seamlessly with [D365CE’s] new interface," stated Paul Nicholas, QGate’s product development manager. "We believe this has enabled us to achieve an even greater user experience and makes intelli-CTi an intrinsic part of the users' interactions with their customers with cutting edge technology that can easily be integrated with other critical systems."
