Itineris launches new spin-off: Verity

Itineris, a provider of software for utilities, has launched a new company called Verity. Itineris develops and delivers UMAX, a solution built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM that helps utility companies manage customer information, assets, field services, and customer relationships.

Verity is focused on providing real-time data tools to help with the shift to cleaner energy, according to the company. It will run as its own independent business and be led by Stijn Degrieck, the former CEO of Codit. By launching Verity, Itineris said it is showing its continued commitment to innovation in the utility industry.

"Since our acquisition of Opinum in 2021, we've made major strides in this area," said Edgard Vermeersch, CEO of Itineris. "With Verity, we're creating a focused, agile entity that can accelerate these innovations even further. With Stijn at the helm, we’re confident in what lies ahead."

Alithya announces Microsoft D365 go-live completion in Europe for global pool and outdoor living manufacturer

Alithya Group Inc. has launched Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management for Hayward Holdings in France and Spain. Hayward makes and sells pool equipment and outdoor living products.
