ClickDimensions November Release Adds Marketing Automation Features in Email Management, SMS, Web

Microsoft Dynamics CRM marketing automation solution provider ClickDimensions has launched its November release, adding a number of capabilities and enhancements to the offering.

The new release adds features including:

  • SMS messaging
  • Social sharing of emails
  • Visual email click map reporting
  • Timeline display for nurture marketing programs
  • File upload capability for web forms

In addition to the features listed above, a variety of other enhancements have been added including the ability to prohibit free email addresses in web forms, the ability to clone/duplicate web assets (forms/surveys/landing pages) and enhanced internal notifications.
