Solugenix Partners with Dynamics Software to Offer Service Management Solutions for Microsoft Dynamics AX

Solugenix Corporation, a Microsoft Gold Certified partner, has announced a partnership with Dynamics Software, a 100% dedicated Microsoft Independent Software Vendor (ISV), to deliver Service Management to their customers.

Adding Service Management to the Solugenix's Microsoft Dynamics AX solutions improves the company's commitment to augment the out-of-the-box Dynamics AX functionality to closely match each company's unique processes and customer requirements, according to the companies.

"This partnership was established to carry out our ongoing commitment to delivering high performance solutions on the Dynamics platform," said Craig Wiley, Vice President, Dynamics for Solugenix Corp., in a statement. "Our customers will secure the additional advantage of being able to efficiently increase their level of service by systematically registering and controlling the daily service processes."

With Service Management, equipment manufacturers, project manufacturers and professional service companies can use the same standardized and familiar interface and access the same database across all divisions of their companies, according to company officials.

Specifically designed for the service and maintenance industries the solution expands the standard service solution in Microsoft Dynamics AX, the companies said. It also enables companies to manage the service process and customer satisfaction. Service Management is the first solution worldwide certified for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009, the companies said.
