Ignify Rolls Out Next-Gen eCommerce Solution

E-commerce for Microsoft Dynamics provider Ignify has rolled out Ignify eCommerce 8.0.

The new release improves multi-device shopping experiences and uses REST-based design.  Multiple responsive e-commerce templates have been included as part of the release to allow merchants to quickly launch responsive web stores, according to company officials.

B2B e-commerce customers will also see enhancements with Release 8.0. The "copy sales order to cart" feature enables B2B shoppers to place orders within seconds instead of having to navigate and search the entire web store again to add the same set of products to their cart. This new cart can then be modified as desired, officials said.

Release 8.0 also upgraded the back-end experience, enhancing the store manager's ability to make adjustments to the store independently from the IT/support team.

"Ignify eCommerce 8.0 is delivering many key elements that will make online shopping easier for both customers and merchants," said Pankaj Kumar, Chief Technology Officer of Ignify. "Our goal is to deliver the most up-to-date solutions for online retailers to keep their customers coming back and spending more at their stores."

Additional enhancements with Ignify eCommerce Release 8.0 include: support for Google Tag Manager, simplified setup with Web Deploy, and upgrades to the Microsoft Dynamics ERP integration, officials said.
