Gravity Software, which makes a cloud accounting solution built on the Dynamics 365 platform, has introduced multicurrency and multi-entity accounting in the latest release of its application.

"We are excited to introduce Gravity Software v.5.1, with enhancements to meet the growing needs for companies around the world," stated John Silvani, president and CEO of Gravity

Users can now set up multi-currency at three different levels: a single organizational currency for consolidations, a base currency for each company, and transact in different currencies the statement noted.

In addition, users can create and use entity groups in reporting and master files security (customer, vendor, etc.) Entities can be assigned to one or more groups. Users can select an entity group and the report will include all of the entities in the group, according to the statement.
