Live Chat Software Integrates with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011

Parker Software Ltd, has announced that its Live Chat Software, WhosOn, now integrates with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 as well as CRM Online.

Parker Software's live chat application, as well as its Email2Db advanced email automation solution, also integrate with Dynamics CRM 4.0.

This latest release provides improved flexibility for greater customization, the company said. The integration allows better website visibility and interaction; the WhosOn solution enables companies to track and engage in real-time with visitors to its website increasing productivity.

Through the WhosOn interface, real-time details about website visitors or prospects can be sent directly to Dynamics CRM 2011, as can call back requests and live chat transcripts, which in turn can be added to a case, the history of a prospect or created as a lead or customer, according to the company.

Ei Dynamics has released a standard package of email alerts built specifically for Microsoft Dynamics AX. The prebuilt suite of alerts lets customers immediately use Ei Dynamics' automation and alerting capabilities without the need for significant consulting or lengthy implementations, the company said.

The new email alerts package contains nearly 50 canned alerts crossing all dimensions of the product from financial and purchasing modules to sales and inventory. Pricing for the alerts starts at $900.

"This new AX release really solidifies our commitment to AX and the family of Microsoft Dynamics Business products as a whole," said Robert Virga, President of Ei Dynamics, in a statement.
