Cloud-based integration of Esko and PrintVis Solutions delivers operational flexibility and standardization

Two providers of packaging software solutions have teamed up to deliver a new cloud-based integrated management and information system (MIS) and prepress system that helps customers increase profits.

Esko, a developer of integrated hardware and software solutions, and PrintVis, a developer of the print MIS/ERP solution built on Dynamics 365 Business Central, are now offering a new integrated workflow automation and MIS system that increases throughput while eliminating errors, according to the companies.

The integration ensures on-time delivery and guarantees high customer satisfaction. And businesses will benefit from a software system made specifically for the packaging and label business, the companies stated. The integration is intended to improve efficiency and increase data flow to every corner of the business, all based in the cloud.

Drift becomes a Dynamics 365 partner

Drift, the conversation cloud company, has become a Microsoft independent software vendor (ISV) partner.

Drift now integrates with Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Teams, enabling companies to personalize their customer journeys to build better pipelines and increase sales, according to the company.

Drift's two-way integration with Dynamics 365 lets companies easily maintain a single source of truth for their CRM data, take action when buyers are on their sites, and build their pipelines faster, the company said. The integration automatically syncs leads, contacts, and chat transcripts from Drift into Dynamics 365 so there's a record of sales activities, and sales reps can quickly review past meeting dates and chat transcripts.

"By becoming one of the first B2B conversational marketing and conversational sales solutions in Microsoft AppSource, Drift's integrations with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Teams makes it easier than ever for businesses to buy from businesses – all while using the software that companies already know and love," said Andrew Arocha, chief revenue officer of Drift.
