MSI Data deepens collaboration with Microsoft Dynamics community to deliver next-generation, predictive field service experiences

MSI Data, a provider of field service management software for equipment dealers, manufacturers, and distributors, has announced that it is increasing its support for the Microsoft Dynamics community.

The company aims to make Service Pro, its main field service management solution, work more smoothly with Microsoft Dynamics and provide real-time insights.

MSI Data's ongoing investment and strong connection with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central show its commitment to helping companies bring their data together, automate tasks, and give service teams useful insights, all within the Microsoft platform, according to the company.

"Our customers are looking for ways to make field service more connected and more predictive," said Andrew Knox, VP of sales and marketing at MSI Data. "By investing further in the Dynamics community and offering a robust integration with our field service platform, Service Pro, we're bringing a fresh offering to service organizations looking to rise above their competition and differentiate themselves."

Avanade unveils new suite of Microsoft solutions to supercharge business growth and optimize cloud costs

Avanade has launched a suite of ready-to-use business solutions that help companies get fast, measurable results.

These tools make it easier for businesses to modernize operations, improve security, boost customer experiences, and make better use of their cloud and technology investments, without the usual complexity of large-scale projects, according to the company.

To remain competitive, companies need to move quickly and stay flexible. Avanade's new solutions meet that need with Microsoft-based tools that are easy to launch, simple to expand, and built to deliver results right away, according to the company. These solutions give organizations the confidence to tackle major business challenges more effectively.

With its new offerings, Avanade has rolled out its new ANALYZE tool, a free, automated self-service solution that uses the company's Azure expertise to review an organization's cloud setup and suggest smarter ways to manage resources, often cutting costs by 20% or more.

Already used by more than 100 customers worldwide, ANALYZE scans Azure, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 to spot waste and show where savings can be redirected toward business growth, the company said.
