Hitachi Solutions America launches Engage for insurance and industry specific product suite

Hitachi Solutions America, a provider of global industry solutions based on the Microsoft Cloud, announces the launch of Engage for Insurance, a product re-engineered specifically for Microsoft Dynamics 365. Engage for Insurance offers insurers a practical solution to effectively manage and foster profitable relationships across agencies, customers, brokers, and other partners.

Engage for Insurance is the first in a suite of industry products Hitachi has designed for the Microsoft Cloud portfolio (including Dynamics 365, Power BI, and Cortana Intelligence). These pre-built, industry-specific modules "will offer businesses faster, lower-risk implementation and rapid user adoption and industry specific data and insights," says Hitachi. Additional Engage products planned for the coming year include Banking, Capital Markets and Healthcare industries as well as the Manufacturing and Retail industries. The Engage products are designed to extend Dynamics 365's CRM functionality.

Also set to launch this year is the Optimize product family, which extends the ERP functionality found within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, including Talent, Finance & Operations and Retail, for the Retail, Manufacturing and Construction industries. The Optimize products will enable organizations to get up and running faster, with enhanced functionality built specifically for their industry.
