Client Profiles Announces Release of CRM4Accounting

Client Profiles, a provider of CRM software for the professional services market, has launched CRM4Accounting, which is powered by Microsoft Dynamics CRM and tailored specifically for the accounting industry. The new software offers the tools and capabilities companies need to organize and maintain customer relationships from first contact through long-term client interaction, according to the company.

CRM4Accounting, which is modeled after the company's CRM4Legal application for law firms, features a centralized database through which all information is stored so personnel can easily manage client activities and support the company's marketing efforts, according to officials

Microsoft Dynamics CRM4Accounting benefits include:

  • Accounting functionality: Special tools and features designed exclusively for the accounting industry make it easy to access information about client relationships and business needs.
  • Enhanced Navigation: Navigation capabilities allow users to take advantage of personal views, record pinning and most recently used lists to tailor the navigation to personal needs.
  • Improved Data Quality. The Client Profiles software can quickly determine if duplicate entries exist the provide a way to easily eliminate the data duplication.
  • Connections Feature: Firms can quickly define and set up any relationship they want to track, assign attributes to it and associate individuals to that relationship.
