Atturra delivers innovative development portal and CRM at Unitywater

Advisory and IT solutions provider, Atturra has completed the first phase of a customer portal and CRM solution for Unitywater, a provider of essential water and sewerage service, in South-East Queensland.

The new development portal improves the experience for land developers by streamlining applications for water and wastewater network connections, disconnections, and alterations, according to the companies.

Atturra's cloud business solutions team developed the development portal using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, integrating it with various external systems.

Since its launch in July, the portal, which is hosted on Azure, has processed nearly 1,000 applications, offering a more efficient process for land development customers, the companies said.
