XRM Vision and the Vendere Group Merge

The Vendere Group and XRM Vision two Montreal-based companies will be merging their CRM activities, accelerating their growth toward becoming Quebec's leading firm dedicated solely to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

The Vendere clients and employees will now be joining with those of XRM Vision and will benefit from the synergy of these two organizations now evolving under the XRM Vision brand, according to officials of the companies.

"With XRM Vision, our team becomes part of a very high caliber group who not only has the expertise but also the passion and flair that is required in order to deliver CRM projects and provide consultation services of great quality, this also being beneficial to our clients," said Anthony Gentilcore, President of the Vendere Group, in a statement.

Felix Robitaille will continue his role as XRM Vision's president and chief executive officer and will be supported by Gentilcore and the Vendere Group's Sylvain Tremblay who are now partners in the company, officials said.

Elcome Implements Dynamics CRM 2013 Online

Dubai-based Elcome International, a turnkey marine solutions provider for navigation, communication, electrical, and safety systems, has implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Online.

The Dynamics CRM solution will automate the sales process, customer service and key performance indicators (KPI) to make a great impact in the workforce, according to company officials.
