Junction Solutions Launches JunctionMCR On-Demand Built in Microsoft Dynamics AX

Junction Solutions, a provider of vertical, market-specific on-premise and on-demand software applications and services for the multi-channel retail, food and beverage and distribution industries, has launched a new on-demand version of its flagship retail solution, JunctionMCC.

Specifically created for mid-market and large market multi-channel retailers, JunctionMCR is an end-to-end multi-channel retail solution native to Microsoft Dynamics AX, built with enhanced functionality to provide control and visibility over the entire retail supply chain.

"Our new on-demand version of JunctionMCR offers the unique combination of our customizable, flexible, vertical-specific ERP solution with the ease of use and financial benefits of an on-demand delivery," said Jeff Grell, president and CEO of Junction Solutions, in a statement. "JunctionMCR On-Demand can be deployed quickly with significantly lower upfront costs when compared to a traditional on-premise installation."

Client Profiles Announces Release of CRM4Legal 2011

Client Profiles, a provider of Microsoft-based practice management and CRM software in the legal industry, has released CRM4Legal 2011.

The 2011 version of the Dynamics CRM-based product offers more than 500 new features and visual enhancements to help law firms better use the information they have to manage and analyze client relationships, according to the company.

"This is the most substantial update ever for our CRM software," said Whit McIsaac, president and CEO of Client Profiles, in a statement. "The economic recession has led to a very competitive landscape in the legal industry. Practices everywhere are ready for effective CRM technology that gives them access to critical business intelligence that helps improve client service and resource management."
