Atrion Chooses Dynamics CRM, Altico Advisors for customer service

Atrion has selected Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft partner Altico Advisors to improve its customer service.

The company is counting on the capabilities of Dynamics CRM to help it reach its goal of becoming a top 1 percent company. The cloud-based platform will integrate with Atrion's existing Microsoft technology, including Lync, Exchange, Outlook and SharePoint, company officials said.

Dynamics CRM will enable employees to access up-to-the-minute customer information and view the data in views, charts, graphs and reports across laptops, tablets and smartphones, official said.

Jet Reports BI Hosted by Concerto Cloud Services

Microsoft Dynamics AX customers looking for top-notch cloud security, performance, support and uptime, can now have their Jet Reports business intelligence (BI) solutions hosted by Concerto Cloud Services.

The Concerto platform lets Jet Reports customers quickly and easily build and deploy data warehouses and cubes in secure environments backed by industry-best uptime and superior service, according to officials of the companies.
