Sitecore expands commerce offering for B2B and enterprise by partnering with SmartOSC and Put It Forward using Dynamics 365 for Retail

Sitecore, a provider of digital experience management software, has announced Sitecore Experience Commerce 9.2 (XC). The latest version includes improved performance and scalability so enterprises can take advantage of Sitecore's ability to merge commerce, content, and data into one tool, according to company officials.

In addition, new partner solution and integrations with SmartOSC, Put It Forward, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Retail provide enhanced B2B transactional functionality and make connections to critical back-office systems easier for retailers, manufacturers, and distributors, officials stated.

The new D365 for Retail connector enables product catalogs to be simultaneously replicated from D365 to Sitecore XC. An API-based design provides a framework for additional data sharing between the two solutions, according to officials.

"Sitecore Experience Commerce fills a void in the market for companies who want to elevate commerce as part of the end-to-end experience they deliver to their customers," stated Wanda Cadigan, global vice president of commerce at Sitecore.
