SBS Group Acquires Solugenix' Dynamics AX Practice

SBS Group has acquired the Microsoft Dynamics AX practice of Solugenix Corp.

Solugenix has implemented and supported Dynamics AX across multiple industries. With this acquisition, SBS Group expands its development, consulting and support resources for Dynamics AX solutions. SBS Group will now have a dedicated Dynamics AX help desk and in-house development resources, company officials said.

"We are excited to welcome Solugenix's Dynamics AX clients to the SBS Group family. This acquisition directly aligns with our strategic vision of providing our clients an expansive set of solution offerings," said James R. Bowman, Jr., President and CEO of SBS Group, in a statement.

AssureSign Adds Electronic Signature Support for Dynamics CRM 2013

AssureSign LLC, a provider of electronic signature technology, has announced that the latest release of its electronic signature application for Microsoft Dynamics CRM is compatible with Dynamics CRM 2013.

The integrated solution gives Dynamics CRM users the ability to quickly deploy AssureSign electronic signature solutions rapidly, and integrate with their existing workflows, according to company officials.
