MazikGlobal Technologies Acquires Atharvan Business Consulting to Expand Microsoft Dynamics Practice Globally

Microsoft partner MazikGlobal Technologies has acquired Atharvan Business Consulting, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and 2011 Microsoft Promising Partner of The Year.

Based in Bangalore, Atharvan provides implementation services for Microsoft Dynamics solutions that improve the flow of information within businesses, particularly manufacturing, retail and supply chain organizations. The acquisition of Atharvan further expands MazikGlobal Technologies' reach and expertise in Microsoft Dynamics solutions globally.

InterDyn AKA Acquires Business & Decision's Microsoft Dynamics AX Practice

Microsoft Dynamics InterDyn AKA has acquired Business & Decision's North American Dynamics AX practice.

Business & Decision (B&D) is a European-based consulting and systems integration company with a North American operation comprised of ERP, CRM, BI, Managed Services and eBusiness practices. InterDyn AKA acquired the Microsoft Dynamics AX practice from B&D as an asset purchase. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Kahn said the acquisition of the Business & Decision's AX practice, will better enable InterDyn to compete in the manufacturing and distribution industries - but not at the expense of its Microsoft Dynamics GP and Microsoft Dynamics CRM practices.
