RSM joins forces with Washington, D.C.-based Tate & Tryon
RSM US LLP, a provider of audit, tax, and consulting services, has announced that it has acquired Tate & Tryon, P.C., a Washington, D.C.-based accounting firm focused on serving nonprofit organizations, and its wholly owned subsidiary, T3 Information Systems LLC. The deal is expected to close on Jan. 1, 2020.
Charlie Tate, Tate & Tryon's co-founder and managing partner, as well as Mike Tryon, co-founder and senior partner and the firm's other partners and team members will transition to RSM US LLP upon closing.
The transaction enhances RSM's technology consulting practice with the addition of Tate & Tryon's T3 team, which specializes in Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics SL and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, as well as corporate performance management solutions, and custom application development.
"RSM is the largest Microsoft Dynamics reseller in the U.S., and the addition of the T3 team expands that lead," company communications stated. "Tate & Tryon's outsourced accounting services practice will also expand RSM's practice, adding an established outsourced accounting services team in Washington, D.C."
