4sight Holdings acquires AccTech Systems

4Sight Holdings, a diversified holding company that invests in industry 4.0 technology businesses, has acquired professional services firm AccTech Systems and its subsidiary Dynamics Africa Services, for $97 million and $32 million respectively. AccTech and Dynamics Africa are now subsidiaries of 4Sight Holdings.

The buy-out of AccTech and Dynamics Africa Services, an independent software vendor that focuses on Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics GP, is an integral step in realizing 4Sight's strategic vision, according to Antonie van Rensburg, chief executive at 4Sight Holdings.

As one of the largest value-added resellers for the Microsoft Dynamics channel in the Middle East and Africa, with a strong footprint in the Southern African Development Community region, Dynamics Africa Systems is positioned to enable companies to migrate to the cloud, according to officials from the two companies.

InGenius releases new integration for Microsoft Dynamics 365

InGenius has announced a new integration for InGenius Connector Enterprise between the Genesys PureEngage platform and Microsoft Dynamics 365. The InGenius platform uses features such as screen pop, click-to-dial, CRM screen transfer, and automated case creation so agents and organizations can work more efficiently, according to company officials. With InGenius Connector Enterprise, no changes are necessary to existing infrastructure or workflows.
