Microsoft Dynamics Partner News Roundup: Zap’s First Swedish Client; Altus HR Suite Deployments Increase; New ASi R&D Hire

Swedish-based global organization, Lagerstedt & Krantz Group, has chosen Zap's business intelligence software to help manage its 16 international companies.

According to officials, LK Group, which uses Microsoft Dynamics NAV as its standard Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, becomes Zap's first Swedish client, as the software company expands in Europe.

LK Group said it will use Zap's Business Analytics for Microsoft Dynamics NAV to better communicate performance to its board, a well as analyze production and sales in the heating, plumbing, shipping, real estate management and finance industries.

According to Kristoffer Gustafson, LK Group IT Manager: "We wanted fast access to performance figures, so a speedy implementation was important. A solution that could be used in businesses across the world, including Asia, was also a consideration."

The implementations of Altus Dynamics's Human Resources Solution Suite v. 3.3 for Microsoft Dynamics NAV are increasing, according to the company. The jump in implementations is due to the demands that nonprofits, governments and education organizations have to better manage their employees, the company said.

Organizations can use the solution to can reduce costs related to integrating and supporting different employee management systems as well as improve collaboration with employees, according to the company.

Faw said the new human resource functions in Altus Dynamics Human Resources Solution Suite v3.3, help managers and employees improve productivity, share data and advance employee collaboration throughout the organization.
