Microsoft Dynamics GP or NAV Without Document Management? Equisys Has a Cure for the Pain

For Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Microsoft Dynamics GP customers without automated document management capabilities, the question is not so much the cost investing, but the cost of going without any longer.  If you ask Equisys, makers of Zetadocs, the value is clear, and they aim to prove it.  

As a company, Equisys has developed document management software solutions for more than 20 years. Their Microsoft Dynamics offering, Zetadocs, has been aiding users in their quest to collate heaps of documents since it was first introduced in 2007.

"Equisys produces software packages for document production, imaging and delivery, to streamline business processes," explained J. Mitchell Brown, Microsoft Dynamics channel and distribution manager for Equisys. "Based on feedback we received from the Dynamics community, they were looking for a way to streamline the delivery of financial documents and a better way to manage their storage. That's why we developed our Zetadocs product. Zetadocs allows Dynamics NAV and Dynamics GP users to work smarter by creating, delivering and storing documents electronically, which eliminates manual procedures."

Founded in London, England, the business has since expanded over the pond to Alpharetta, Ga. According to Brown, Equisys' approach to document management is to "leverage the content management functionality and features offered within SharePoint." Nowhere is this more evident than in Zetadocs, which was developed with SharePoint-interfacing in mind. Zetadocs can capture and store a cornucopia of financial documents; giving ERP and non-ERP users access to vital financial documents.
