Workflow Setup Window Information

On the Dynamics GP Support and Services Blog, Ross Balstad said the team recently ran into an issue where users were not receiving Workflow Notifications in one company, although they were working fine in another company.

He said that was a little odd because it seemed that the email settings were correct when they looked at the Workflow Setup Window (Administration | Setup | System | Workflow Setup).

After a little more troubleshooting, the team discovered that the problem stemmed from the fact that they were looking at the E-Mail settings while they were logged into the company that was working.

"We assumed that this was a system-wide Workflow E-Mail settings for all companies because the Workflow Setup Window is under the System heading. That is not the case."
