Scheduled payments in Dynamics GP

Writing on the Stoneridge Software blog, Rod Grubbs pointed out that scheduled payments in Dynamics GP is an often overlooked yet great tool to use for paying off an invoice over time. For example, it could be used for setting up a payables invoice with a set payment schedule over five payments.

In his blog post, Grubbs detailed the steps to take to enter the payables invoice and create a payment schedule. He also explained the amortization schedule.
