Waqas Butt has developed scripts for a few different dashboards that can help visualize the progress of simultaneous GP project accounting reports. Below are the links to view the dashboards and download the scripts (at no cost!):

  • Project Analysis % of Completion: Displays 5 project statuses according to their percentage of completion based on cost. This displays the status as 5 analog meter gauges, and has different definition colors (with explanatory key) to represent the various statuses.
  • Project Executive Dashboard: Ranks the top 5 projects based on the following categories: % Of Completion, Project Value, Cost Over Budget, Revenue Recognition, and Profit. Essentially, the dashboard is a series of 5 detailed, 3-dimensional color bar graph.
