Dynamics GP tip: how to add or delete a user in GP
An author writing on the Cal Business Solutions blog stated that the number one support call the company's support team receives from clients is about how to add or delete a user from Dynamics GP.
In the blog post, the author first explained that to add a user, log in as a system administrator or a user who has administrative privileges in Dynamics GP and SQL Server. The author then wrote about how to delete a user in Dynamics GP. When you delete a user, any transactions that they had entered into the system will still have the user ID associated with them, which means you won’t lose that data.
