Microsoft Dynamics Global ISV Incadea lands 15,000 user win on cloud-based dealer management solution

Microsoft Dynamics Global ISV Incadea and its hosting partner SaaSplaza have won a 15,000 user deal for Incadea's Dealer Management System (DMS), running on Dynamics NAV and CRM.

According to SaaSplaza in a statement, a global vehicle manufacturer will deploy the solution to more than 15,000 users across 1,000 franchised dealerships in China, Japan and elsewhere in Asia.

For SaaSplaza, the deal will be worth more than $10 million over the next five years.

This contract also includes Incadea's business intelligence and analytics solution for centralized business data consolidation to enable the automaker to improve its forecasting and planning, officials said.

The auto manufacturer opted for a cloud-based delivery to simplify the roll out of the system, guarantee consistency across all dealerships as well as to ensure that each dealer is linked in real-time to the more than 30 backend systems of the car manufacturer, according to officials.

The dealer management system is already being rolled out in the Asia-Pacific region, where the deal covers Vietnam, Japan, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, China and India.

The cloud services from SaaSplaza combine the Microsoft System Center, and Microsoft Active Directory with SaaSplaza support services, SLA and the Dynamics engineering experience to create an end-to-end lifecycle management system for Microsoft Dynamics applications.

In November, SaaSplaza opened a Munich office to better support Microsoft Dynamics partners in Germany and help them meet the growing customer demand for Dynamics AX, NAV and GP in the cloud.
