Excel Applet Not Loading When Working with D365 Office Add-in

On his Yet Another Dynamics AX Blog, Tommy Skaue wrote that if you use the Microsoft Dynamics Office add-in to try to connect Excel to an existing environment, you might just see the text "Load applets" after you sign in. That might be because the applets need to be initiated from within the environment, he wrote.

However, by clicking the little flag at the bottom right (you can see the screenshot here) you can open the messages and see the error "No applet registrations found."

New Business Processes Feature

On the Dynamics AX Tips Blog by AxFredrik, Fredrik Saetre wrote that the latest release of Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, Enterprise Edition, includes a new "business processes solution" from the HR product team with some extra features. The solution even has three work centers, which are unnecessary and could be solved with only one with a filter function, he wrote.
