Auto assign leads without code using lead scoring & work assignment
Writing on her blog, Megan Walker stated that previously she's written about building lead scoring models in Customer Insights – Journeys and explained how the lead scoring qualification feature works.
However, Walker wrote that she's not all that fond of the qualification process because it’s not ideal for everyone, and it doesn’t automatically assign leads to people based on a specific score.
She noted that if you’re using Dynamics 365 Sales Premium, Sales Enterprise, or Microsoft Relationship Sales licenses, you can assign leads to specific teams or users once they reach a certain score.
