Microsoft Dynamics 365 Channel Integration Framework (CIF) reaches general availability

Microsoft announced the general availability of its Channel Integration Framework for Dynamics 365, an extensible framework to integrate third party communications providers with the latest D365 for Customer Engagement apps via a JavaScript API library.

The offering entered preview earlier this year and was adopted by AMC Technology to consolidate communications channels for its Davinci app. InGenius Software Inc. followed suit and launched a computer telephony integration in December, integrating its InGenius Connector Enterprise offering with D365 for Customer Engagement.
