Disconnect from sales sequence via Customer Insights trigger
Writing on her blog, Megan Walker wrote about the need to remove someone from a sales sequences in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys.
For example, Walker stated that you might have leads or contacts going through a journey with the goal of creating or winning an opportunity, or getting them to fill out a form. She pointed out that once they reach that goal, they shouldn't stay in the sequence.
In her blog post, Walker showed how to create a custom trigger that lets you remove someone from a sales sequence directly from a journey.
