How to automate service reports for D365 Field Service | part 1

Writing on her blog, Dian Taylor explained that reports generated by field service for customers will list what was repaired, replaced, or checked, give customers a record for future reference, and make your team look professional.

In her blog post, Taylor showed you how to create a Power Automate flow that fills a Word document with data from Dynamics 365 Field Service. Then, she explained how to set it up to convert the Word file into a PDF and email it to the customer. 

Taylor added that you can also use this same process for other tasks, such as sending quotes or orders from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.

Streamlining distribution with Dynamics 365 Sales automation

An author from Western Computer writing on the CRM Software Blog asked if automation was helping sellers or slowly replacing the human side of selling.
