Microsoft broadens Azure, Power Platform offerings in Swiss data centers

Microsoft has added new Azure services, as well as Power BI in Swiss data centers, with plans to add other elements of the Power Platform. Microsoft's local cloud offerings in Switzerland are used by "several thousand Swiss customers" across two data centers, according to the company.

"The demand for services from the Microsoft cloud in Switzerland, which has already been very high since its launch in August 2019, has continued to grow strongly in recent months,“ said Primo Amrein, Cloud Lead of Microsoft Switzerland in an announcement.
