Microsoft is rolling out a new capability that connects Power Apps with Microsoft 365 Copilot, enabling users to interact with business applications through a conversational interface.

The idea behind this latest update is simple: instead of opening an app, clicking through menus and searching for information, users can ask questions or give instructions to M365 Copilot in plain language and get answers directly inside the apps they're already using, according to a blog post by Claudio Romano.

Now in public preview, the update focuses on model-driven apps in Power Apps. Users can access these apps directly within Copilot, so they can view, update, and create records, Romano noted.
