A proven entrepreneur, Wayne has more than 25 years of experience in executive management, strategy, marketing, sales and technical roles in software, services and hardware companies. Most recently Wayne was CEO and board member of myDIALS, a SaaS start-up that delivers business intelligence providing real-time insight directly to operational decision makers, where he created the company vision, formed successful partnerships with other software companies and successfully negotiated the acquisition of the company by Adaptive Planning, a complementary SaaS vendor to ensure higher growth.  He has also held senior leadership positions at McData Corporation, a storage area network vendor,  Citect Corporation, BMC Software, Enterprise Software Corp. ...
