Microsoft Dynamics Profile: MVP Marius Pedersen on solving the puzzle of Dynamics 365 / CRM

Marius PedersenAs he describes himself on LinkedIn, first-time Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM MVP Marius Pedersen is a "great guy doing amazing stuff with amazing people" at Microsoft partner Puzzlepart, a Dynamics 365 consultancy in Oslo, Norway.

And one of the amazing things he's doing is building a CRM department from scratch.

"So, doing all the bits [of CRM consulting," he explains. "But long-term, it's going to be more advisory and process optimization and stuff like that."

Pedersen was named an MVP in November. He started at Puzzlepart as firm's first CRM consultant about nine month ago with the goal of helping the company become a leading competitors in Oslo. "There are quite a lot of customers who are looking to implement and need help utilizing their Dynamics engagements," he says. In his current role, he plans to use his extensive experience with Dynamics 365/CRM to build a strong team to help customers use the platform.

From network infrastructure to CRM

Before becoming involved with Dynamics CRM, Pedersen was planning and implementing network infrastructures for SMB companies while working at EVRY, the largest consulting company in Norway.

His first foray in the world of Dynamics CRM began when one of the company's customers needed help installing the software.
